About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor registered by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My core training is in Psychosynthesis, however my work draws on the strengths of multiple disciplines including Jungian, psychodynamic, humanistic and gestalt approaches. This enables me to shape my way of working to suit the therapeutic needs of each individual.

Qualifications
Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling
Masters Degree in Psychotherapy 
Diploma in Clinical Supervision

Current practice
Established in 1999, I run a private practice in Tunbridge Wells (Kent) that offers the following psychotherapeutic services:     

• Individual psychotherapy and counselling
• Clinical supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists
• Experiential training in mindfulness-based practices for stress, anxiety and depression, for individuals and small groups

I supervise students on the Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling for The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust at London Bridge.

I receive professional supervision on all aspects of my practice.

I abide by the Code of Practice and Ethics of both UKCP and BACP.
