Sheila Webb Psychotherapy Tunbridge Wells

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor registered by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

Reg No: 06158347

My core training is in Psychosynthesis: a holistic, integrative model.  I have had a personal mindfulness practice for over 30 years.  Where appropriate, I bring Mindfulness-Based Approaches (MBAs) into the way I work – this is a model that draws on traditional meditation practices and contemporary understandings of neuroscience. Psychosynthesis and Mindfulness complement one another; mindfulness, the ability to be consciously aware of our thoughts and feelings and body sensations in the moment with friendliness, can significantly deepen and enhance the experience of psychotherapy and is central to the approach I offer.
