I offer clinical supervision/consultation individually and in groups to psychotherapists, counsellors, health practitioners and mindfulness teachers in line with professional ethical standards..
I supervise those who work in organisational contexts, private practice and the voluntary sector.
While my approach is based on psychosynthesis and mindfulness principles, I believe in not only supporting each person to trust and develop their own particular theoretical background and therapeutic skills but also to discover and become who they truly are as an individual therapist, health practitioner or mindfulness teacher.
I aim to provide a compassionate, supportive environment that values curiosity and kindness, where you can feel free to explore your work in a non-judgemental way.
Mindfulness supervision sessions provide an opportunity to reflect and inquire mindfully into your experience of your teaching practice and personal meditation practice.
I am an Associate Supervisor for the Mindfulness Network CIC.
I offer supervision for teachers of Mindfulness Based Approaches by phone, on Skype or in person in Tunbridge Wells. Mindfulness supervision can be in either half-hour or hour-long sessions.
