Based in Tunbridge Wells, I offer:
People seek counselling or psychotherapy for many reasons. I work mindfully in collaboration with individuals to be with, understand and create meaning from the painful emotional and psychological difficulties they may be experiencing.
I offer clinical supervision individually and in groups to psychotherapists, counsellors, health practitioners and mindfulness teachers. I am an associate supervisor with the Mindfulness Network CIC. I aim to provide a compassionate, supportive environment that values curiosity and kindness, where you can feel free to explore your work in a non-judgemental way.
I offer Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – 8-week courses for groups, alongside a programme of mindfulness-based courses and workshops tailored to suit your individual, group or organisational needs.
There’s a substantial, growing body of research indicating that cultivating mindful awareness is an effective framework for an improved quality of life with the potential to enable us to enjoy good relationships with others, to be calm even in moments of crisis, to be open to serenity and joy and to love and be loved.
